Do you have a student with a disability preparing to age out of the school system and enter the world of adult services? The transition process is difficult to navigate, even for the most seasoned of families. Come out and enjoy informal conversation, meet other families whose students are transitioning to adulthood. Let’s learn from each other as we navigate the process together. For more information, please call the HCPSS Family Support & Resource Center at 410 313-7161. We will meet the last Wednesday of every month at the Roger Carter Center. If school is closed or after school activities are cancelled due to weather, the event will be cancelled
