QPR stands for Question,Persuade, and Refer — three simple steps that anyone can learn to helpsave a life from suicide. This training will show you how to recognize thewarning signs of a suicide crisis and is designed for people who do not haveexperience in suicide intervention. Just as people are trained in CPR to help savelives, QPR is a training to help save a life from a death by suicide. Somekey components to QPR Training include:
