Project Access is a college preparatory program at HowardCommunity College for students who will receive a high school diploma. It is designedto assist high school students with disabilities in making a successfultransition into post-secondary education. The program strives to increase thesuccess rate and freshman retention rate at any post-secondary institute oftheir choice by providing instruction in relevant academic areas, careerdevelopment, and self-advocacy.
