Join us for an opportunity togather transition information to prepare for your student’s exit from the schoolsystem at 21 with a Certificate of Completion. Panels of parents of studentswith disabilities will be available to share their experience and answerquestions about exiting the school system (10:00 & 1:00). There will be breakoutinformational sessions on topics including Guardianship/Alternatives to Guardianship,SSI, Transitioning Youth, and Transitioning Health Care. Other information willinclude:
