Self-Direction is a service delivery model for individuals and their supportcircle who wish to exercise more choice, control, and authority over theirsupports. It allows greater control over services and staffing, the ability tobe creative in use of funding, and the ability to completely individualize anindividual’s days. This session will offer you the opportunity to hear fromparents whose young adults are currently accessing self-directed services andtheir experiences.
