NEW ABLE ACT PROVISIONS WEBINARnWednesday, June 20, 2018, 2:00-3:00pmnEarlier this month, Governor Hogan signed HB 782/SB550 “Maryland Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Program-Modification.” This bill added features to the Maryland ABLE program that were important to Marylanders who were interested in opening ABLE accounts. All provisions of this bill become effective on June 1, 2018. Changes include:nChanges to the Medicaid Claw Back ProvisionnRollovers from a 529 College Savings Account to an ABLE AccountnABLE to Work ActnMaryland ABLE will offer a 1 hour Webinar to discuss the process for using these new features on June 20, 2018 from 2-3:00pm.
