The SECAC board will presentinformation on the composition of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) andshare advice on preparing for an effective IEP meeting. Additionally,representatives from the HCPSS Department of Special Education and the Board ofEducation will provide updates. The meeting will be in person, but parents alsohave the option to attend via Zoom. Anyone involved in Special Education inHoward County is invited to attend and participate in our meetings includingparents, students, caregivers, educators, community partners, service providersand school administrators.
