There will also be a brief overviewof the impact of Blueprint on our early childhood classes. Presented by JenRiccardi, Coordinator for Early Intervention Services Birth to Five. TheSpecial Education Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC) works with the schoolsystem to support the needs of students with disabilities in Howard County.Anyone involved in Special Education in the county is invited to participate inour meetings including parents/caregivers, students, educators, communitypartners, service providers and school administrators.
