The SpecialEducation Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC) works with the school system tosupport the needs of students with disabilities in Howard County. Anyone involved in Special Education inthe county is invited to participate in our meetings includingparents/caregivers, students, educators, community partners, service providersand school administrators.
