Presented by Humanim’s Health HomesRegistered Nurse Ashley Augustin and Nutritionist Jen Yezek. Ms. Augustin willcover the basics of hygiene including: showering, laundry, dental, menstrual,sexual and germ prevention. Ms. Yezek will cover the Healthy Plate initiativeand reasons why good nutrition is vital to mental wellness. Snacks areavailable. This workshop is sponsored by Healthy Transitions, a program thathelps young adults with mental health issues successfully transition fromschool into adulthood.
