This workshop covers HealthyTransitions, a program that helps young adults with mental health issues successfullytransition from school into adulthood. We will also discuss other BehavioralHealth services available through Humanim, the expectations of clients,families and staff, and program violations and resolutions. It also serves asan introduction to all Healthy Transitions staff members (as available). Lightrefreshments are served and mingling between attendees is encouraged, with timefor questions in group or 1:1. Howard County residents age 16-25 with amental health diagnosis and their parents/caregivers are invited.
