Like traditional first aid, Mental Health First Aidprepares you to recognize and respond to a person who may be experiencing amental health problem or crisis and connect the person with appropriate help.Youth Mental Health First Aid is for adults (18 or over) that interact withyouth (12-18) with mental health issues.
