Students, parents/guardians,staff and community members are invited to learn about the mental health concernsaffecting our students. There will be opening remarks by Reverend Dr. RobertTurner, and a keynote speech by HCPSS Superintendent Dr. Michael J. Martirano, whowill share local and national data about student mental and behavioral healthneeds that illustrate the challenges our youth are facing, and how HCPSS isresponding to those needs. Following, attendees will have the opportunity toattend a resource fair to gather important mental and behavioral healthinformation from HCPSS staff and community health partners including the HowardCounty Health Department, Community Action Council, FirstCall Medical Center,and others.
