WesternHoward County location will be shared after registration is complete

The eventwill feature a presentation by Howard County Fire and Rescue about how to calland text emergency services, what to say on a phone call with the dispatcher,and what to expect when EMS arrives at your house. In addition, Leadabilitywill present a role play scenario with self-advocate educators who willinteract with first responders in a scene for a 911 call. This event is forindividuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their familiesand caregivers.
