Project Access is a collegepreparatory program from Howard Community College designed to assist highschool students with disabilities in making a successful transition intopost-secondary education. To be eligible, students must be receivinga high school diploma. The program strives to increase the success rate andfreshman retention rate at any post-secondary institute of their choice byproviding instruction in relevant academic areas, career development, andself-advocacy.
