“Executive function” is used frequently when explaining ADHD, but do you reallyknow what this term means? Do you understand how ADHD fundamentally affectsexecutive functions? Let’s start by getting clear on what executive functionsare, what they aren’t, and which approaches are not considered executivefunctioning strategies.
